Mission statement and Values

My Mission

To build a future where West Virginians — especially disabled people, rural communities, and the working class — have the resources, systems, and support necessary not just to survive, but to thrive.

I work to secure funding, design programs, and develop community solutions that uplift people who have been historically ignored.

My Core Values

⭐ 1. Disability Justice

Nothing about us without us.

Disabled people deserve safety, stability, autonomy, and economic dignity — not poverty traps, hoops, or humiliation.

⭐ 2. Equity for Rural Communities

Rural towns deserve investment, infrastructure, and opportunity — not abandonment.

⭐ 3. Economic Dignity

People deserve wages they can live on, housing they can afford, and systems that aren’t built to exploit them.

⭐ 4. Transparency + Honesty

I don’t sugarcoat and I don’t perform.

I tell the truth because it builds trust and protects communities.

⭐ 5. Community Power

Every person has value.

Every community has potential.

And everyone deserves a voice in shaping the future.

⭐ 6. Advocacy Through Action

I don’t just talk about change — I build the programs, write the grants, and support the policies that create it.
